Development of Jinlun Cave Tourism and Vacationing Resort in Mashan County

Construction Scale and Contents of the Project:

According to the specific geography and local attributes, a series of tourism facilities, including a shopping street, a folk-customs village, a superior hotel, a swimming pool, a veranda, a fishing pond, a barbecue land, an entertainment center, a 800-meter trolley trail from the ticket box to the cave, and a theater are to be erected with a view to upgrading the Resort to the provincial level.

Construction Conditions and Period:

Ninety kilometers to Nanning, and accessible to the neighboring counties by highways, the scenic spot enjoys superior location advantages with the National Highway No.210 running through. The construction period of the project is 5 years.
The Jinlun Cave, among ten of the most famous caves in the world, is highly featured by its quietness, breath-taking rocks, and beautiful legends. Situated 90 kilometers to the north of Nanning, it has received more than 100,000 visitors since January 1, 2000 when it was open to the public.

Internal returns rate on investment is 15.44%; investment returns period is 5 years.
