1.The Company:

Xi'an Dahua chemical engineering Co. Ltd. is situated in the middle of Fangyi road textile city, founded in June of 1993, covering an area of 120 acreage, with RMB 1923 million registered capital and 638 employees.

It is involved in producing and trading fine chemical engineering products, exploiting and managing real estate, big size supermarket, leasehold enterprise. Now there are 3 independent juridical people and an enterprise of commission management. From 1999-2001, it achieved RMB 98 million in production value, RMB 96 million in sales. Following the idea of innovation and attitude of honesty, this company successfully annexed "xi'an Beverage Corporation" and "xi'an the twenty-second wireless factory".

2. The restaurant project:

1). The Dahua restaurant building is 6 floors with 6,000 square meters area. The first and second floors are used in business and restaurant. Now it is in fitment and going to be rented.

2). Market forecast and advantage analyzing: Situated at the middle of Fangyi road in textile city, this project is the center of polity, economy, culture, education and communication in Baqiao section. It is the biggest base of textile corporations, and the transportations extend in all directions. It is the entrance from 312 national highway and xi-lan highway to Xi’an, and the exit of the underground in programming in textile city. There are 500 thousand people living here long-term. The particular surrounding makes it the great potential.

3).The condition: Water supply, power supply and basic facilities are all in ready.

3. Benefit and return:

We are planning to invest RMB 22 million to establish the Dahuayuan restaurant building. RMB 12 million has been invested in it, and the other 10 million should be fetched in for the fitment work.

After the establishment of the project, the floors of first and second could be deal in as the biggest restaurant in textile city. And the floors above the third could be rented to hotels, office and so on. It is estimated to get 4.5 million returns every year and the profit margin could reach to 20%.
