1. Registered capital of 51.77 million, which was approved by State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the People's Republic of China, and bank loan of 12 million, without any other liability.
2. Major business fields: Product series under 6KV including PVC power cable, control cable, electrical wire, signal cable and flame-retardant and fire-resistance cable.

3. Factory area: 30 mu.
4. Workshops and office building: 10,000 square meters.
5. Large advanced equipment and testing equipment: over 70 pieces (sets).
